How does the process work? What are credits?

The process to purchase is simple. Credits are used for all video purchases on the site. The first step you’ll take is to load up your wallet with credits. You can buy credits from your account page or view all of our credit bundles here. We use RocketGate as our primary merchant for credit sales and your information is always safe and secure. Once you’ve stocked your wallet with credits, go ahead and pick the video you want and checkout. You’ll see the cost of the video in credits and the amount remaining in your wallet.

I wasn’t able to complete a purchase, what do I do?

If you weren’t able to complete a purchase, we can help. Please note the error that you received, and the product you tried to purchase. Please also record the method of payment, and merchant, if applicable. Send us a support request with that information. Please be as descriptive as possible in your support request.

I didn’t get the videos I purchased, what do I do?

If you weren’t able to download the clips you purchased, or they do not show up in your account, we can help. Please note your order number, the product you purchased, and your account information. Send us a support request with that information. Please be as descriptive as possible in your support request.
